Welcome message from the founder of SOHRCe
I have always been impressed by the openness and willingness within my community of fellow HR professionals when it comes to sharing knowledge and resources. I think we're unique in that way and I wanted to create a useful tool to encourage this ongoing exchange of information. We can't possibly know all the answers, or have all the best candidates up our sleeves, but collectively, we can successfully manage all elements of HR.
