The Shared Online Human Resource Community collects your personal information in the User Settings Page the first time you sign up to participate in any of our services. On this page, we ask you to provide us with your full name, contact information and information about your current job and company. Once you register, you are able to take full advantage of the Shared Online Human Resource Community's many free services.

In addition to the initial registration, we may ask you for additional information at other times. These include (but are not limited to) when you post a job posting on our Jobs page.

If you contact the Shared Online Human Resource Community, we may keep a record of that correspondence. The Shared Online Human Resource Community also occasionally asks users to complete optional surveys that we use for research purposes.

4. Your Use of Other Users' Information

The Shared Online Human Resource Community allows members to choose whether or not to include their name and company name automatically with any message posted to the SOHRCe website. Subscribers who choose to disclose their name and/or company name in messages posted to the SOHRCe website must be aware that this information will be publicly accessible to outsiders via messages delivered via email and through our archives.
